The followings words are chosen by me and are my definition of what they mean to me and presented as my opinion only. I do not in any way present this information as a professional or claim to be of authoritative nature whatsoever, it is just me. They are grouped at times as the meanings relate to the words either above or below them, so are not in any logical or alphabetical order. Quoted sayings have been read, observed, noted, and related to have been written here, I do not know who or where they originate from as I have seen them on many different platforms over time. If anyone can claim the right to them, I will gladly write their name besides the quote. In relation to this personal BLOGG you can email me at the following email address: –

    admin@ccc-deangulzar.co.uk

I will endeavour to reply as soon as I can. Please be patient as I am but one person

and will reply in time. Please state subject “BLOGG” so I can identify what the

    email relates to.

Please accept my apologies for the definition, or grammatical errors, as a bit of personality has been inserted, but I would openly receive guidance and help at any time as life itself is a learning curve, for which I am sure we will all agree to. Please feel free to email me at the email address at the top right hand corner of this BLOGG

Before I start, I go about life like a horse with blinkers on, unless you literally walk in front of me or shout to get my attention, I carry on with my task in hand oblivious to my surroundings. Please do not think that I am ignoring you or being disrespectful as it is not intentional. I apologise to everyone now in advance and for the past, present and future as it is an attribute of me and although I have tried to change it still happens. SORRY

As a person you are a living entity with a soul who has an identity unique to just yourself, there is not two of us anywhere. People deserve the right to be safe, a place to call home, food, clothing and be able to keep warm or in these day cool as well, hopefully within a family environment giving care, love, happiness and kinship to enable you to gain the knowledge for a fulfilling gainful life, passing on the fruits of life to others.

Seek the above and learn to know when you are being taken advantage of, sometimes controlling toxic environments are hard to notice or even except and at times do not want to be acknowledged because the source is family, friends or someone who presents themselves as friendly but are actually an enemy. It is only wisdom over time and reflection that you find who are worthy of your attention, time, care and love. Your time is your worth spend it wisely.

If you stay in a toxic environment the chances are you need to take the following advice. My beloved mother used to say to me “if you need to take something to feel good, you need to get a life” so if you find yourself taking drugs, smoking, drinking or even constantly arguing and fighting you need to make choices to change the direction you’re going.

You owe it to yourself to be bold and brave to create and environment whereby you can flourish. Seek help and advice as to the wisest and quickest way to gain your place in life. A place you can chill, relax, entertain who you want to. Only then can you tackle life’s challenges with confidence.

If there is one statement I would like everyone to reflect on is “Never let anyone recruit you into hating someone who has never wronged you.” Seek personal clarification or even question the reason a person is negative about another?

    Life (1)

In our short time on this planet, we need to enjoy it, we all have “BAGGAGE” that hold us down or have such a big impact in our life it stops us from enjoying our time. Personally, I have given up living life with the intention of pleasing others because it has the opposite effect to your life. I am sure that you will all agree that there are two sides to every story. The question you must ask yourself before choosing a side is “Do I have the knowledge to be able to justify the position you have chosen?” I tried to please a particularly important person in my life, but all it done was give me a life of regret and heartache. There is one person who was pivotal in my life, Florence Gulzar (Nee Crossman) my belated and much-loved mother, while my mum was alive, she held the family together, she done so with love and dedicated her life to the life bestowed upon her. Love is probably the most important word, feeling, attribute to living life. It is a powerful feeling, sensation, emotional tool that can be passed on, taught, or longed for. Thus, Life is but a moment in time for “you” to sample the fruits of consciousness. Breathe, eat, live to enjoy the experience of love, joyfulness, childhood, parenting, loss and heartache. Use the time to help others. A saying that I would like to share with you that I read is “if you have plenty build a bigger table NOT a bigger wall”

    Commitment (2)

This word most people hide from, why? because all of us say we will commit to something and then are unable to fulfil the commitment which installs disappointment, regret, and resentment because we have let others but mostly ourselves down. It’s a learning curve and as long as we learn from it, we are able to move on, if you are feeling unable to move on then the lesson of loss has not been resolved, you need to go back learn, absorb the lesson then move forward.

    Disappointment (3)

A word of distinction to the point where we all judge ourselves as the bad guy, why did i do that, and upon reflection we would have done something else. In short whenever we act on emotion, we probably do the wrong thing. What is the rush stop, think, reflect then act.

    Respect (4)

Respect is earned over time with your actions and or words and if you find that you are in need of asking for respect then the other party already has none for you. Do not ask or beg for something that has gone. A good friend once said, “if something is dead, then bury it or it will begin to smell” But every time something dies, a new beginning (opportunity) is born, so move on, no matter what the relationship is. Live your life in happiness, not regret. It may take time and the grieving process takes time, but the relationship is ended, and you must come to terms with it to move on. Good Luck

    Preconceptions (5)

Please as an individual treat others as individuals, to take another person’s word and by doing so created a negative aspect of another is disrespectful to both the person and yourself. You owe it to yourself to quantify your feelings and thoughts. If you chose to take another’s word without finding out for yourself the only person doing wrong is yourself. Ask yourself why, am I allowing another’s negativity affect my impression of another.

    Hatred (6)

This word bears the pain of disappointment, an individual, family or friends have bestowed this feeling within you as a wrong has been committed that you cannot forgive due the amount of pain it causes within you. This is not wrong, and you must use this feeling as a blessing to help others deal with it so as they may move forward. It is to be acknowledged as a strength to help others, because you have tried to heal yourself but cannot forgive the wrongs done to you. Time does not heal this word, forgiveness is not an option, move on with the knowledge of the experience.

    Emotion (7)

Be care when acting on emotions, they need to be felt, absorbed, dealt with then controlled. If we act on emotions the majority of time we hurt, harm, abuse others because we haven’t given us the time to assess then respond in a timely and controlled manner.

    Loyalty (8)

A person you can rely on, watch your back, defend you in your absence, and probably thinks of you when something happens that you could benefit from or triggers a memory of you. It is also something taken for granted and expected at times for which please beware as especially family members who are or can be very toxic by expecting it but at the same time stabbing you in your back with others. People in glass houses should not through stones. If you have nothing positive to say, it is better to say nothing at all. It is always better to avoid conflict than to start it.

    Intent (9)

To plan an outcome upon someone not complying or doing what you ask. Murder is an action planed as an extreme measure of this. An action thought about and actions implemented to either do harm or inflict as much hurt, damage, or trouble as possible.

    Revenge (10)

Here comes another saying “If you seek revenge, first dig two graves because that’s where you both could end up” please do not seek revenge. Nobody is worth it, deal with the problem within yourself, ask advice, seek counselling, once you can deal with the problem and get passed it, the feeling is better than revenge, as you have passed the problem. Congratulations.

    Wisdom (11)

There is a saying “You cannot put a wise head on young shoulders” I believe age makes you humble, when you see the awful, painful, distraught families, destruction and death that wars all over the world have created, I have been blessed not to have been involved in it personally, except for what my government apparently carries out on my behalf.

Wisdom is the knowing when, where and how to act. It comes from repetition or age and has infinite value. A person can only learn from their own mistakes, but over time they learn to except that accepting knowledge gain by others can both save time, effort and money: that is wisdom.

    Help (12)

I believe it is in every single person to help others. My mother used to say to me “Dean there is good in everyone it’s just how you get it from them that matters” My answer was “Yes mum but some people you have to kick it out of them” Mum’s response was Dean you have a nasty streak in you my son!

Please people as you get older you realise how short your life is, so if you can help someone, do so you will feel so much better after, and if the help becomes reciprocal then a meaningful relationship has started.

    Friendship (13)

Friendship a well sort after relationship with another person. Each person has an individual sense of what a friendship is, but I define it as “A person you can be frank with and still depend on them for who they are and have been since you met them even over time” This can be a close, lose or defined between the two parties. Friendships over time, most people can count real friendships on one hand. My advice is to make as many as you can as they are safer than enemies.

    Enemies (14)

Well over time differences in opinion, personality, conflicts or even war can occur, be the wiser of the two and avoid your enemies, life is too short for conflict, injury, pain, prison or death.

My advice on this is please make chitchat knowledge before you make judgement.

    Personality (15)

Well, we all have an individual personality, it’s what connects or disconnect with others, I do not think we are able to change our personality as it is a trait that has been embedded within us as we grow from childhood to our death. Try though not to make your personality make you become someone’s enemy. Ask yourself if someone approaches you! Are they a physical threat Yes or No, if no the problem is yours. Is someone being offensive Yes or No if no the problem is you. Have you taken offence of someone’s actions because you have prejudged them! Yes or No. If yes the problem is yours. To interact with others is a human need, please be kind.

    Soul (16)

This is you, the meaning of life, the reason for you being, or your identity, we all struggle with it at times. We question our reason for being here and to where we are going, but we are here. Do not question existence, you are lucky to be here, so enjoy every breath you take and be happy with yourself and find fulfilment from your actions. If you are lucky enough to find your match, then you are blessed with your soulmate

    Faith (17)

This is your belonging, or where you would like to be or achieve, it can be a religion, cause, or belief, but please find happiness in an aim to where you want to find fulfilment in your life. You will be content aiming for it as it will bring happiness in your path to getting there.

    Passive (18)

My opinion is that passiveness is far more productive than being assertive, as long as you achieve your aim. If I have had to be assertive to get my goal then I believe that I have had to impose or control others, for which I have resented myself afterwards. Try to let people be themselves even if it frustrates you. Consensus is better than the alternative.

    Assertiveness (19)

At times in life there is a need to be assertive, for example to avoid an accident or take control of an incident as to find definition, but only when it is in need and should not be a want to get a result.

    Community (20)

A very high number of people living in the same area thinking that they have something in common but only when it suits the individuals needs or wants. Very unusual to actually get a large number of people sharing the same aims or trying to achieve the same goals. This is a place where you feel a belonging to because you have links such as the place you were born, family links or just a place you have chosen to live. Everyone should have the right to choose where they live.

    Citizenship (21)

Everyone has citizenship within the area, region, province, country or continent in which they live. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to get recognition due to the insignificance of the individual. During unrest and lawlessness the citizen has a better chance to be seen or heard which is very worrying for the future. Politicians are so interested in themselves and have become so desensitised to life they have lost connection with the individual.

    Upbringing (22)

I was born in 1965 and my family had the fortunate position of one parent at home and one working. I was brought up in a loving, caring and compassionate home, taught to treat others how you would like to be treated yourself. Unfortunately Respect, Consideration, Culture and Dignity over time has lost its definition and/or has no meaning to some individuals today. Please try to make friends not foes as it is in everyone’s interests

    Family (23)

Well I believe this to be blood relatives, Step, fostered or adopting a belonging and wanting to be together, but what matters is that there is a willing bond, love and a want to companion with each other.

Every family has its own identity, has problems, some minor and some acute, if you deem the problems to be of a critical nature, I personally think it’s time to move on, as I’m sure that you have already gone through the grieving process over time anyway.

In short spend time with people that have time for you, you will know if they want to be with you as you will feel it. Wishing every family, a loving, caring and great future. Take care.

    Children (24)

Children are the icing on the cake in life, watching them growing up, seeing them laugh, learning and even teaching you a thing or too is fulfilment. Your life changes your outlook is more to provide and nurture rather than selfish and spend. Your need for self-indulging goes and its voluntary as you become happy creating a home that is safe and secure, an environment to ensure you let your children grow into a self-providing, independent person who will gladly go out of their way to help and support others. In short you become happy and fulfilled helping others.

    Love (25)

Love to me is the most powerful thing in life, as where there is love there is harmony, forgiveness, warmth, and the willingness to teach and learn together. To be in the company of another and feel the energy of togetherness is fulfilment and encompassing of souls into one. A feeling that is longed for by everyone. If love has been lost over time the consequences can be as bad as a loss of a loved one

    Memory (26)

This is just a glimpse of our life that we can remember, some bad hopefully mostly good, but it is a reminder to reflect on. To some memories are quite vivid and some are not but they reflect who we were and have direction of who we want to be. Use them wisely to better your life try not to dwell on bad mistakes of the past that blight your future.

    Needs (27)

Well there are two types of needs, personal and non-personal. Personal needs are to be wanted, respected, loved and needed as well as to be shown dignity and respect with other people and animals dear to you, obviously this needs to be reciprocated. If this is a two-way arrangement there is happiness, if not over time it turn to unhappiness, hurtful and even hatred. Please disconnect from relationships that are not mutually feeling.

Then there is water, food, clothing, shelter, transport and an income, please do not justify WANTS as a need. (E.G. A car is a means of travel, to justify a luxury model when people are in need is Selfish) Try to put yourself in a position to help others not yourself.

    Wants (28)

Wants are desires that a person would like to have, an ice cream, a new car, the ideal house. My personal stance is if you make your wants a need as you must have it, the chance of achieving a higher want diminishes because you spend the money that will make that want in your possession. Getting that ice cream stops you getting the car, buying the car puts the ideal home out of reach for example

    Luxuries (29)

We all need to aim for a desire, it is what gives us drive in life. My personal guide here is to limit your spending on luxuries for example only spend say £5,000 or 5% of your disposable income a year on luxuries. This way you limit your spend and value the item when you have attained it and also knowing it is within your reach in time gives you the knowledge that you are achieving your goals. This also gives you the ability to help others up on your success and help others to succeed.

    Council (30)

A Councils purpose to me is to act in its citizens interests, I haven’t heard or experienced a true council to date. Example is too many properties and not enough parking spaces. Overdevelopment, Homelessness, Council Tax increases, Services disappearing, Charges for services that was or should be free.

    Employment (31)

There are very few people who go to work because they like it, most people go to work to earn money to live, so they do not work by choice, they work because of need. Try to find employment that stimulates your mind but please do not become complacent as you can be replaced quicker than you think. People at times think whence employed you are safe, you’re not!

    Income (32)

A financial requirement required to buy or rent home, food, goods, and services to survive and hopefully some left over for a holiday and luxuries to enjoy life. Your personal net income is the money received after deductions to buy items required or invest as you see fit. The government will try to take as much of it as possible by taxing your income and everything you spend your income on, so please try and spend wisely so as to keep as much as possible.

    Inflation (33)

This is an annoying but relevant word; it relates to the cost of living so if it cost £100 to buy a set of goods and services and then the cost of the same goods and services the next year is £108 then the rate of inflation is 8%. But the T.V license and Council Tax for example should not be subject to inflation increases, because the building of new premises and conversions of old premises would easily cover the cost of inflation but these items always are increased by more than the rate of inflation. Cardiff for example would have at least 30,000 new or converted properties yearly which on average would have a council tax around £2,000 a year. That’s £6,000,000 extra income per year, the same goes for the T.V. Licence but only U.K. wide, roughly £140 per year for a licence, but at least an extra 1,000,000 extra properties U.K. wide so an extra £140,000,000 per year extra income.

    Taxation (34)

A involuntary deduction taken from net income and when you buy goods and services that again end up in the Governments hands to spend as they see fit, most of the time the money is spent on goods, services and items that you would not have intended to funds to go to. There was a time when people were proud to pay tax as it was spent wisely, unfortunately this is not the case anymore. Politicians have over time killed the meaning of Dignity and Respect, because they have none for the general public.

It also has a detrimental effect on businesses due to the short sightedness in which its aims are, these days all businesses are set up on a short-term basis, rent property, machinery, vehicles, and other equipment required. The taxing rules make it almost not cost effective to plan long term, thus businesses failing quickly.

    Wages (35)

What a working person is left with for carrying out their duties, most of which is spent with extraordinarily little disposable income for themselves. These are normally received weekly but could be four weekly or monthly. The chances are that and additional supplementary income from the state is required to sustain a minimal level of living standard. An example of s state aided salary is an MP, AM, SNP, or highly paid Council officials, as these people are elected or supposed to represent the people who voted for them but quite happily accept 4 times and up to 50 times the average wage that people who voted for them are in receipt of. Their income is wholly from public funds (benefits). The Minimum Wage is a rate of pay set by the government which I believe is to keep you in poverty, a proper living wage would be set at a level whereby no additional supplementary income is needed to sustain a basic living.

    Salary (36)

An income paid monthly and is probably from a skilled trade or profession whereby there is disposable income and a chance of some dignity and respect for oneself. Able to support yourself without additional supplemented income. Therefore knowledge is power, learn a niche skill which enables you to become independent.

    Charities (37)

Charity is the modern western way of culture being manipulated for a so called good cause. We donate to charities from compassion of need, but people are expected to donate time, money and items for a cause but there are a number of very highly paid people in the same organisation for the same cause. Please look around and investigate where you are donating your hard-earned money to. My question is they have chosen to help a cause to accept an income above the average income is immoral. Find out the salaries of the charity you are donating to before you hand over your hard earned money. You will be very surprised!

    Food (38)

We are what we eat, I personally recommend a plant-based diet, but saying that the subject of what you eat is very objective and should be based on knowledge. Please gain the knowledge needed for your personal development and the environment for the future. Try to eat natural products, avoid sweets “I always say to my children that S.W.E.E.T. is short for Stupid When Eaten Every Time” Processed foods are also not the best of foods to eat. We live in a world where profits are put before health, so please be aware of what you eat pesticides, unhealthy practices, poor working conditions all have a bearing on the food that we eat. One thing that I would like to state here is that cancer thrives in an acidic environment, so the more alkaline you keep your body the healthier you will live.

    Nutrition (39)

Due to the state of the food industry, I advise a good food supplement. Vitamin and Mineral supplements are needed today to ensure our bodies have the best chance to keep us going into the 100+ years old. I have personally witnessed the benefits of this, quicker to recover from injuries, colds and flu as well as feeling better in myself, energy and oxygen saturations levels have increased with continued use of dietary supplements.

    Medication (40)

Medication to me is a means of profit for pharmaceutical companies, they are there to make a profit not to solve the problem. I have found that by eating properly and supplementing diets, nature has a way to solve most day-to-day conditions and if taken early enough can stop even the longer term problems.

    Internet (41)

Today the internet is available and it offers infinite resources as well as IT applications such as Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, VOIP, as possibly a lot more. Use it to help you personally.

    Data (42)

Most of what you see or hear is data, for example if you were given the numbers 21,20,23,25,19,23 & 20 they are just seven numbers, but when I tell you they were the temperatures recorded for each day of one week in the summer, the numbers then become information and you can relate to it. The data then becomes information.

    Information (43)

Information is what you can relate to, but it is up to you to access or gain deeper authoritative meaning and to quantify what you have received

    Knowledge (44)

When you have received data, quantified it as information, you then have gained knowledge and feel confident to pass your experience on to help others. The passing of knowledge is a good means for which trust is gained.

    Understanding (45)

After knowledge is understanding, this is because you know why an individual has acted in such a way, thus you use your human skills to deal with the situation in a manner that the individual will respond because of you alone. A bond between the both of you.

    Politics (46)

Politics to me was entrusting people to represent your interests to ensure that your standard of living is bettered over time. In my lifetime this has not happened as all they have done is ensure that their pockets are lined and not actually give a truthful answer any question given.

The activities which govern a country. Politicians have forgotten the purpose of their role. A pay increase linked to GDP would be good as it is these people who ultimately create the conditions to be able to increase GDP. On that basis, I am sure the country would be managed far better than it has been.

    Politician (47)

An individual that is elected to represent your interests both Locally, Provincially, Country and Continentally, but to me each layer is a means to justify taking more money from a person’s pocket into theirs. (e.g. what is the average wage where you are and what is the income of the elected representative, if you find out, it will be much much higher. Give yourself a task and find out!

Another yardstick is to assess the wealth of politicians. How did they amass such wealth?

    Lie (48)

Everyone has lied, white lies apparently are not as bad as an actual lie. It is human to justify a means to get to a just end. Please as you get older you begin to regret and even resent yourself the deeper the lie you support. The best way is not to lie at all as you do not need to remember the truth and you feel much better and stand on the moral high ground

    Culture (49)

Culture is sometimes mistaken as religion, so it would be incredibly wise to ask for guidance from a third party such as an elder, the internet or local people before venturing to new parts of world that you are looking to travel or communicate with.

    Religion (50)

If you choose to follow a religion, please practice it with integrity and remember peace is its aim! This can be an exceedingly difficult area and if handled in a bad way can be the cause of conflict. Religion and or religious beliefs have been the cause of wars, but all claim to be of peace.

My belief here is, no one needs a religion to be a decent person, respect, kindness, compassion or to help another needs no religion at all. Life in the UK guarantees freedom of belief and religion, for which I am proud

    Language (51)

Language is a means of communication, there are many of them and with the individual country there are also different dialects. It is exceedingly difficult to communicate in a language different to your own. My only advice here is if you intend to live in a country of which the language spoken is not your first language, as a mark of respect you should learn the language and research the culture of the country you will be living in, as I am sure if a person from that country came to live in your native country, you would expect the same.

    Country (52)

A defined, recognised area of land, named by its residents and governed as a sovereign state. People I believe would like to live where they were born, it is a place that you are a part of and proud of the heritage, culture, religion, food and beliefs that you have become accustomed to and you are a part of the country as the country is a part of you. When politicians have decided that war must be bestowed upon you, please do not feel that you have imposed upon others because you have had to seek refuge, it is not of your doing. The only thing I would ask of you is to respect the country’s heritage, culture, religion, food and beliefs as you would expect from them if they were to live in your country. Borders to me are wholly political and my belief is they are created by the wealthy to keep the poor poorer and the rich richer.

    Opinion (53)

Well, all of us have this, I would say it is part of our personality, it can make or break friendships and even start wars. We need to establish how assertive or passive our individual opinions are and behave accordingly. Please try to always show respect to all.

    Indiscretion’s (54)

We all, are not angels and we drive through red lights, tell white lies, not declare income, or add an expense that is not eligible, add something into a recipe that a child does not like to get children to eat something that’s good for them. It is a human trait, and we need to realise that none of us can judge anyone, please be aware of this.

    Morality (55)

Well, this is a hope as all human beings wish the best out of everyone, but unfortunately reality has to be acknowledged that we all don’t act in the manor that we would like, same goes to our other fellow human beings. A high morality level would be not to do anything wrong, apologise when have done wrong and so on. On the other hand there are people who has no scruples and will do anything to gain position, wealth or status whether warranted or not.

    Sexuality (56)

Everyone has the right to act how they feel comfortable with Straight, Bi, Gay, Transgender or any other description that you feel comfortable with, Sexuality is an individual attribute that nobody else has the right to dispute or disagree with.

    Privacy (57)

This is paramount to an individual’s life. It is rude to impose both on how a person behaves or the way they choose to live. If you think you are able to judge others, then think again as nobody is. Give everyone the dignity and respect that you expect. If you put someone in a position whereby, they feel they have to defend themselves, then you deserve to expect a robust rebuttal as you would do yourself.

    Silence (58)

Silence is golden, reflect, have a moment of this each day. Try it sit and empty your mind of thinking and thought, I find it soothing. On the other hand, if you have nothing positive to say it is best to say nothing at all as only bad will come of it.

    Loneliness (59)

We are all alone, our thoughts and hopes that we think are individual and unique to each individual. It can isolate us at times and make us dwell on bad events that we have encountered throughout our lifetime. Pause think and move forward with the knowledge gained and make this loneliness push you forward to make you fulfilled, content and happy,

    Smile (60)

The sign of happiness, it can be quite infectious, try to greet everyone you meet with a smile.

    Laugh (61)

The next stage from smiling, this should be a daily event, if not you need to change your life so that you do. Laughter is a funny emotional outburst that has a great good effect on your wellbeing.

    Kindness (62)

This is something we can all benefit from by both being in receipt of it and being kind to others. We never know what someone else is dealing with so even when being treated badly, try to be kind as everyone reacts in a good way to kindness.

    Contentment (63)

The ability to make a time for oneself in a happy and fulfilling moment of achievement. Very good for southing the soul.

    Try (64)

We all try to do good, to help others and the community that we choose to live. Sometimes it goes wrong, or your efforts are not accepted, but please do not stop trying. It is you!

    Aims (65)

I believe that a person should aim for a goal they have set themselves, most of the time the goals are set to high and you become despondent, but please do not stop trying to reach your goals.

    Goals (66)

Goals are dreams to be achieved, and if you are lucky enough to have done so, the feeling is ecstatic, just like a footballer scoring a goal. It means so much.

    Utopia (67)

Utopia is to achieve 100%, it is practically impossible to attain, but please please please do not stop aiming for it because otherwise you would be settling for second best all the time. You are doing it for you no one else, thus only answerable to you, so don’t be afraid as the only person you ultimately answer to is you.

    Expectations (68)

This word is a perception of others that you are subject to, and the chances are that you will not meet the expectations that people want you to attain. My choice would be not to put expectations on people then there are no disappointments.

    Greed (69)

Unfortunately, this is needed as if there were no greed in us there would be no desire to achieve, I though cannot believe why someone would want a bank balance of £1,000,000+ if there are people on the streets and hungry.

The payment deducted from a pension fund for management fees when the actual fund has made a loss or continued losses to me is a form of greed. A deduction should only be made if there is a growth as there is a deduction from the payment when you pay in to the fund much of the time.

    Judge (70)

Well, I have not met anyone in my lifetime that has not done wrong, so in relation to Judgement, I believe nobody is in a position to judge another and if they do the only comment I have is “People in glass houses should not through stones” please dwell on them words.

    Integrity (71)

To hold a standing of doing right, and if you witness a wrong to do your best to correct it. You should question your integrity of being a human being if you spread rumours or listen with intent and act without foundation. You are ultimately answerable to your own conscience, and know the difference between right and wrong.

    Gossip (72)

This word is dangerous and the action of doing it should shame you. To Gossip is to state or impose an impression of what “you” have seem or presumed about another. If you are the receiver you have the duty to confirm or even confront the individual concerned to see if is at all correct, if you don’t you are as bad as the person talking.

    Proof (73)

In relation to gossip and rumours you owe it to yourself and others to prove what is questionable in a reasonable and tactful manner. Please remember in this country it is innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around

    Warrior (74)

We are all warriors, and under extreme circumstances we will find the strength needed to overcome our fears, all we need to do is keep trying, and the saying goes if at first you do not succeed try try again. Each additional try becomes a better effort, change, adapt, repeat and seek help until you have satisfied yourself with the result.

    Advice (75)

We talk to people every day sometimes people we know or people we do not but what I would like to state here is the outcome of the situation must not make you judge someone that you do not know at all. It is just advice you can take it or leave it, going and gossiping to other about what someone just said is just dame right rude, insensitive and the other person could just be right, you don’t know because you have judged someone. Treat people how you would like to be treated yourself, if you have nothing positive to say, just keep it professional and carry on with your life. Give people a chance just like you would like.

    Intimidation (76)

People sometimes feel intimidated that someone can have a better understanding and knowledge so are afraid. The result is a scaremongering exercise to alienate someone. Intimidation is a form of abuse, please remember to abuse someone, mentally or physically is wrong. Become brave and learn to grow from people rather than think you are better.

To make a friend rather than an enemy is always the better option.

    Hearsay (77)

Listening to hearsay is good as it passes the time, but to pass on gossip to another without you going through the process of confirming, clarifying and understanding is not giving you the credit you deserve as a human being. Have you been the victim of hearsay?

    Confidence (78)

Confidence is gaining the knowledge about a subject to the extent that you feel very comfortable to the point that you can teach about it. A degree of confidence is good, but please remember there is always more knowledge to be gained and be humble to be able to enhance your experience at all times.

    Perception (79)

How you perceive a situation is part of your character, be careful not to tarnish yourself from hearsay of another, this is very dangerous and can only lead to your standing by others to eventually questioned. Seek the truth rather than except unsubstantiated gossip

    Complacency (80)

To become complacent on any subject in your life leaves you vulnerable and your weakness will become apparent when tested. Please be aware we all have faults that are played upon. Being in a job that provides for you year in year out is a comfort zone, be aware of the saying “Don’t keep all your eggs in one basket” if you lost that job your comfort zone is gone.

    Naïve (81)

Unfortunately, we all suffer from this and its takes time and a lot of errors, mistakes, losses, arguments to wake up and discover who you are and where you want to be. Try to break out of this as early as you can.

    Manipulative (82)

At times you can come over very manipulative to try and get what you want, discover a better way to include rather than exclude others in your decision-making process and results will come to fruit much much quicker than you think. More is better than one

    Narcissist (83)

Selfishness to the extreme and people control others into submission so that they get want they want and will not stop until they get what they want. Unfortunately, it becomes addictive to the point it becomes normal to them. Be careful and watchful of this and you can be one or the victim of one.

    Victim (84)

A person that has been subjected to loss, abuse, pain, suffering or death because of another’s actions. At times you own actions must be questioned as to how and why you have become a victim. Could have it been avoided?

    Regret (85)

A feeling of remorse when something you have done that is not becoming of you.

We all have regrets in life, please try not to dwell on them as they will only hold you back. Find out what is holding you back and deal with it, if you feel you can’t do it yourself ask for help, counselling and get the help needed as until you have dealt with it, it will be difficult to move on. You owe it to yourself to be able to move forward.

    Forgiveness (86)

Forgiveness is good, to forgive others is noble, but most of all we must be strong enough to forgive yourself for the actions or words you inflicted on another. The best advice is to be helpful to everyone and if you feel you can’t be helpful, its best to just walk away.

    Resolution (87)

To have resolution means that you have made a firm decision to complete or resolve a task in hand. Follow it to completion and you will feel better for doing so.

    Venting (88)

When an action of others has incensed you to the point that you feel there is no other option but to say what is on your mind. Try not to act on emotions as you need to act in a measured and timely way to get the best result, then remove yourself from the situation so that to much damage or abuse is done.

    Imagination (89)

An individual’s thinking of what they would like to happen or would like to create. it’s good to imagine because its your ideal world and only gives you a sense of belief in yourself. Try to keep it within reality.

    Dream (90)

Linked to imagination, but here you can go as far as you like without limits and indulge a bit, but keep it in your head as it is not real.

    Local (91)

Local is best, if you by choice choose to purchase everything you need from the most local point you can, you would both be supporting your local community, employment and services. It cannot always be done but just try it because it helps you, buying cheap normally means the conditions of employment where you are buying from is very poor, and I for one would not like to support it.

    Business (92)

An organisation that has been created to serve a need identified for profit. The governance of the business is crucial to both the purchaser, owners, community and environment in which it is located

    History (93)

History is a record of the past; it is positive in relation to inventions and very negative in relation to slavery for example. Although so called developed countries will buy products from undeveloped countries knowing that the conditions in which the product is manufactured are nowhere near the standards set as a minimum in developed countries. We seem to be very selective in relation to what matters to the individual.

    Conscience (94)

A state of mind in relation to an act undertaken to gain advantage by undermining others. Try to treat others as you would like to be treated yourself, then this feeling should not bother you much.

    Assume (95)

To assume something normally make an ASS out of U and ME ASS-U-ME – ASSUME. Try not to do this as it will normally belittle someone. It is done unintentionally most of the time but can have big consequences.

    Resolve (96)

A person’s resolve to complete a task is a desire to be admired, just make sure it does not impose upon others in doing so.

    Loneliness (97)

This is something everyone has experienced; it is really feared but a person can gain strength from it in the right circumstances. To be able to be alone and enjoy the moment can be enlightening. If at all you do not feel comfortable with loneliness seek help, invite someone to dinner, go out, start a new pastime like join a chess club, gardening, or see what’s going on at your community centre.

    Participate (98)

Participation is part of life, all of us have been told it’s not winning it’s taking part that matters. We all can’t be first, but we all learn from being a part of a family, group, community and organisations. Learning from experiences from participation it what we are today, so join in at any time you can. Get noticed with pride.

    Peace (99)

Peace is the ultimate goal for everyone, and I wish it for all, and it is something that we should all strive for, unfortunately in reality we rarely witness peace, war between countries, family squabbles and disagreements and with the pandemic not many people trust each other these days.

    Together (100)

Individually we find most things difficult, humans need to interact to feel part of your family, work, community. Togetherness is a feeling of belonging and comforts us at time of need

    Sorry (101)

Never be too proud not to say sorry, it takes courage to be able to admit that you are wrong. Being stubborn and walking away from responsibility is not an admiral thing to do, as you will lose people you need to move forward. Please swallow your pride and admit fault.

By the way saying sorry for something means that you do not intend to do it again, please mean it when you say it. Trust in what people say is gained on what you do

    Care (102)

We all have a duty to care for others, but unfortunately, we have become desensitised by begging, homelessness, greed, waste just some of the subjects that we seem to accept, and we should start recognising that for this to happen, mismanagement has occurred.

    Compassion (103)

Compassion is an admiral gesture to show, an act of kindness that unburdens someone of a guilt, indebtedness, or action of regret. To show this is a great act of human good faith.

    Partner (104)

This is what I would like, a country of partners in business together, with the aim of fairness to enable a countrywide self-serving, producing the products and services in an environmentally focused entity to enable individuals to have a say in how it is produced, supplied, used and disposed of at the end of life it was designed for.

    Isolation (105)

We all feel isolated at times, from no friends in nursery, to not agreeing with work colleagues, family disputes, religious and political or just a bad mood day. Just remember it is you that controls the environment around you if you are not happy change it, talk about it, complete something not finished or just accept the outcome, the only thing I do know is that wallowing in self-pity is not the answer, remove yourself from isolation.

    Genuinity (106)

You can have the best intentions in the world, but it is how you are perceived by others and the negativity of people who do not respect you, even the people who go out of their way to put you down. So it is up to the individual to show transparency and authenticity by their actions to prove how genuine they are so that people can make decisions on knowledge rather than gossip from negative selfish individuals who are only out for self-gain, or jealousy.

    Sleep (107)

It is widely excepted that people need eight hours sleep each day, if you do not get the sleep required then your self-discipline, tolerance, patience, self-awareness and the ability to carry out basic functions or employment is compromised. Put yourself first or you will faulter!

    Pain (108)

Pain is an uncomfortable irritating and emotional side effect of an injury or event that has occurred to your body. When you here of an incident that has taken place that life changing injuries have been inflicted when you are young it does mean anything to you, but with age and damage that has occurred to you, you can then empathise with meaning what an individual is suffering. If you can help please do so, it will be much appreciated I’m sure.

    Anger (109)

Anger is an emotion to be feared as it makes you want to seek revenge, we have all experienced it, through road rage, enduring politicians promising everything and doing nothing over the entire lifespan of people and still seem to get away with it, or something personal to yourself that you can relate to. Try to put this emotion aside and deal with it in a controlled calm manner, as if you act on emotion it will be highly probable you will regret your actions and the consequences can be quite severe and long lasting.

    Weakness (110)

We are all weak, every one of us has regrets about not getting the results we are capable of getting in school, putting feelings before achievement so missing out on potential, committing crime no matter how small or large to get something we did not deserve or earn. It is apart of us and we must learn from our mistakes so that our weaknesses become our strength through learning how to harness the good that has come from the knowledge gained.

    Belief (111)

One of our biggest faults are the belief in ourselves, remember you are the most important thing in the world to yourself and please put that first in your thoughts and actions. If you are not happy from within then you will not find happiness. We are always put down, disrespected, looked at in many negative ways, or even discriminated against, but it is the belief in ourself that will eventually help us to succeed. In my case to provide a loving, caring, emotionally stable and nurturing environment for my children to grow up has helped me learn about life. My first child was born when I was 41 so in 2021 I woke up a bit late and am only getting to smell the coffee now, but no matter how long you go in the wrong direction it’s never too late to turn around and start again.

    Aspirations (112)

We all have aspirations and should hold on to them and keep aiming for then in the hope that at some point in our lifetime some or all of them can be achieved. It’s a part of us that gives life a goal to aim for. If we believe in ourselves, we can reach the goals we set ourselves, individually is harder than as a team though bear that in mind.

    Choice (113)

We all have choices to make in life, some we regret some we cherish, but whence made we must stand by them or we just stagnate and dwell on the past and it will stop you moving forward in your life.

    Accident (114)

We all sometimes do things by accident and regret the consequences of such actions. We act with the knowledge that we have at the time and at times look to others for advice and guidance. Ultimately though we are responsible for our own actions and we need to hold our position or apologise to move forward, don’t do nothing as you will be putting your life on hold.

    Grudge (115)

Grudges are due to you dwelling on an action/s deemed against you, the better option is to try and forgive although very difficult if the will to do so just isn’t there

    Money (116)

Believe it or not money was invented by mankind to aid mankind to evolve from the barter system. Unfortunately, it has come to the point whereby people are used as a currency to earn money and if money cannot be made from your actions, then you are disregarded and labelled useless. Not fit for profit rather than unfit for human consumption.

    Toxicity (117)

It is important to have self-worth, belief in yourself and in others. At times if you feel uncomfortable or feel that you do not fit in, make an assessment as to why, you do not need to fit in, what you need is to know that it is not you that is creating a toxic environment. If people choose not to show you dignity, respect and acknowledgment, my advice is that they are afraid or unable to connect with you in relation to something in their life for some reason or other. Try not to judge but remember if they want to give you time in the future, go forward with the same distrust shown to you

    Sacrifice (118)

At times in one’s life there is a need to let go of the past or adjust to the life that has been bestowed to you. You have to live with the decision you have made, once you have accepted the position that you find yourself in then you can go forward, be happy and live in contentment. There is no need to look back as it was the past, smile and move on with the happiness you have given yourself.

    More than words

As a friend always used to say “you want a piece of me, come on then” well here is a piece of me for you to reflect on, I hope it gives you a good footing on the way I think and the way in which I am going to proceed. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my 118 words.

Understanding is better than knowledge. There are many people that know you, but there are very few that understand you.

Please remember “it’s your road and yours alone. Others may walk it with you. But no one can walk it for you” Rumi.

“NEVER LET ANYONE RECRUIT YOU INTO HATING SOMEONE WHO HAS NEVER WRONGED YOU”

Your time is your currency, make each minute count as once it’s gone it’s spent, please spend YOUR money as wisely as you can. Dean Gulzar

One day Albert Einstein wrote on the blackboard.

    9 x 1 =   9

9 x 2 = 18              In class they mocked him and made fun of him because he had

    9 x 3 = 27              made a mistake as the correct answer for 9 x 10 = 90. Albert Einstein

9 x 4 = 36              waited for everyone to shut up and said: “Despite me answering the

    9 x 5 = 45              first 9 questions correctly no one congratulated me. Instead when I

9 x 6 = 54              got one wrong everyone started laughing. This means that despite

9 x 7 = 63              being very successful, society will only notice the smallest

9 x 8 = 72              mistake and make fun of it. Don’t let simple criticism destroy your dreams”

    9 x 9 = 81              MORAL: Only those who do nothing don’t make mistakes.

    9 x 10 = 91

I am built from every mistake that I have ever made. I have resentments but try not to dwell on them as they cannot be undone, I look forward to a better, brighter and enlightened future.

It’s a gift not to fit in. It sets you on a journey of finding a sanctuary within yourself. Brianna West

Be proud of who you are, and not ashamed of how someone else sees you.

Nothing in life is to be feared. It is to be understood, as we understand more, we fear less.

You are free to choose, but you are not free from the consequences of your choice.

People don’t fake depression; they fake being OK. Robin Williams

I didn’t lose you, you lost me, you’ll search for me inside of everyone your with and I won’t be found. (Facebook)

We are changing all the time, adapting to our environment that we live in, the choice we all have, is do we deal with the change reactively or proactively. Dean Gulzar

You can never try hard enough; you might have to change direction a couple of times before you get to YOUR destination. Dean Gulzar

What’s hurting you is teaching you. Don’t run from it learn from it. (Facebook)

If you don’t heal what hurt you, you’ll bleed on the people who didn’t cut you.

Just like our eyes, our hearts have a way of adjusting to the dark. Adam Stanley

Never laugh at someone’s situation, because you just never know if someday you will find yourself in the very same position. (Facebook)

In life, you will fall out with people that you never thought you would. Get betrayed by people you trusted with all your heart. And get used by people you would do anything for. (Facebook)

Sometimes, the person you would take a bullet for ends up being, the one behind the gun.

    Nursery

One of the most cherished moments of my life and I have been blessed with three children so have experienced it with each child and each one was just as rewarding as the one before. I would go to collect my child from nursery and upon getting to the school there would be other parents, children, teachers and unfortunately today security staff but my child would ignore them all upon seeing me and smile and run to me for a hug. It made me feel so important that I was the only thing that mattered to this little child. I hope that you have had the pleasure yourself.

    Benefits

If you are in receipt of benefits, please make no mistake you are a net contributor to society. All of your income is used to support your local community. This income is increased by inflation or below each year. I was once informed, but Dean you are on benefits, just to put things in reality, every politician’s income is from the state so there is no difference it is an income from the public purse (the taxpayer) but it is much much higher and is increased by on average at least 10% yearly. Who is the bigger burden to the country? These people are supposed to represent you, but the bottom line is they make sure their pocket is full first.

This is the present, we need to look forward, learn from the past so as to enable the future to be a time to look forward to ?????

If you are fortunate enough not to be in receipt of benefits, I congratulate you in the successes of your future, but please be aware that if your household income is in excess of £100,000 you have at least a tenfold income than those on benefits. Please ask yourself if someone else’s income is 10 times or higher than yours, how do you justify the imbalance. When is an income level unjustifiable to you. £1,000,000 or above to me is senseless as it is not being put to good use.

The reason most people work is to provide for themselves and their family, If you are one of the 1% of people that live because of their enjoyment of work, great keep doing it and believe in yourself. The income received from work should be enough for a basic standard of living on a normal 39hr basic wage. You should not have to work 50+ hrs a week to support your basic living costs. Overtime should be for luxuries only and to in some way provide for the community ( in your own way)

Charities are there for a reason and for a just cause, but I question the morality of the Salaries paid to the people running them. Please look at the salaries of people running the charity before you decide to give your hard earned money, research where you are putting your money. Ask yourself can I justify giving my hard earned money to an organisation that pays salaries in excess of £100,000 a year to individuals and at times in excess of a 100 of them, when there is a cause for the reason they are established for?

I hear a lot in the news that people in some areas are earning in excess of £40,000 but they don’t say how many hours those people have to work to earn that money. Prices go up by inflation, but the average person is expected to work extra hours to compensate rather than ask for wage increase that matches inflation. If rail fares go up by inflation and no wage increase or the wage increase offered is lower than inflation where does the rest of the money go people should ask? The businesses should have to present a reason for the increase, not just say inflation and not justify the increase.

    Films I recommend to watch.

The Best of Me                Michelle Monaghan & James Marston

The Last Kingdom           Alexander Dreymon, Eliza Butterworth

ToyahWillcox        (I want to be free)

    Kim Wild               (Kids In America)

Nik Kershaw          (Wouldn’t It Be Good)

And Lastly we all know people that has ability, talent, potential and is original. He has had to grow up much faster than most and has used this experience to express himself in music —-

This accolade is awarded to Ryan Thomas and I wish him the best in life. Good Luck Ryan. My only advice would be to make the lyrics of your work available so that the older generation may be able to engage with you, as rap is too quick for me anyway to enjoy.

I would also like to mention Mathew Cook, he too has talent and puts his heart and soul into his music, again I wish you the best for your future
